Our Major Projects team is seeking a Senior Project Planner to work with the Project Controls Manager in planning, scheduling, managing changes, project monitoring, and project controls. The role will involve supporting the project manager in various tasks related to project management.
Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales revenue, meeting sales targets, and managing the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
– Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
– Manage the sales team, provide coaching and guidance, and support team members in achieving their sales goals
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to achieve customer satisfaction and retention
– Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maximize sales potential
– Prepare sales reports and forecasts, provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance and progress
– Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop effective sales strategies and product offerings
– Keep up-to-date with industry developments and trends to ensure a competitive edge

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of proven success in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
– Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus
