Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, providing information on products and services, and handling customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
– Provide customers with product and service information
– Research required information using available resources
– Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
– Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
– Process orders, forms, and applications
– Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
– Identify and escalate priority issues

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience in a call center environment
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle high call volume and work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Proficient in using computer applications and software
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
