Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 a year

Job Description:

REDD Integrated Design Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our team in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines.

Responsibilities:

– Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
– Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
– Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
– Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
– Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
– Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.
– Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary.
– Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
– Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
– Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
– Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field required.
– Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the construction or architectural industry.
– PMP certification is an asset.
– Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
– Excellent problem-solving skills.
– Proficient in project management software.

Expected salary: $150000 – 190000 per year
