Job Description

Fantastic opportunity with a leading organisation in the construction industry. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

– Plan, direct and manage construction projects
– Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers and other professionals to ensure project success
– Monitor project progress and budget, making adjustments as needed
– Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
– Review and approve project plans, specifications, and schedules

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
– Knowledge of construction practices, materials, and equipment
