Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in order to keep our facilities in top condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to maintenance.

Responsibilities:
– Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing filters, and fixing minor plumbing issues
– Conduct scheduled inspections of equipment and systems to ensure they are operating efficiently
– Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as needed
– Respond to maintenance requests from staff and tenants in a timely manner
– Keep accurate records of maintenance work performed and parts used
– Assist with special projects and renovations as needed
– Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience in maintenance or a related field
– Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
– Physical stamina and manual dexterity
