The Manager, Americas IT is responsible for collaborating with overseas studios and HR to implement best practices in Agile/Scrum project management, resource management, and change management. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of IT projects across the Americas region.
Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
– Coordinate project activities and resources
– Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
– Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
– Communicate with stakeholders and team members to ensure project requirements are understood and met
– Prepare and present project updates and reports to management

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field
– Proven experience as a project manager
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
