The content manager will assist in managing lab operations, while the BioCancer Program Manager will oversee the overall progress and success of the project/program.
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients in a timely and professional manner. Your duties will include answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, processing orders, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining customer records.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
