Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phones, greeting visitors, managing office calendars, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

– Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
– Greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate personnel
– Managing office calendars and scheduling appointments
