Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
– Process new orders and provide order status updates
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
