Our client in Vancouver, BC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee technical and operational aspects of projects, as well as strategic planning. Reporting to the Director, this role will be responsible for managing projects efficiently and effectively.
Job Description

We are looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Provide customers with information about products and services
– Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges
– Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Identify and escalate priority issues

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
