Job Description
Our company is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
– Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate area within the office
– Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for management staff
– Perform data entry and filing tasks as needed
– Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
– Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Provide administrative support to the management team as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
– Exceptional organizational skills
– Customer service-oriented attitude
