Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks including answering phone calls, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments, and assisting with other administrative duties as needed. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and have strong attention to detail. Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Write and distribute emails, letters, faxes, and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Update and maintain office policies and procedures
– Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
– Maintain contact lists
– Book travel arrangements
– Submit and reconcile expense reports
– Provide general support to visitors
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
– Proficient in MS Office
