The Climate Program Manager at ARC’TERYX will focus on driving organizational change and implementing a carbon emissions reduction roadmap through cross-functional project management and strategy implementation.
Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, handling incoming calls, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
– Providing accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and pricing
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
– Processing orders and updating customer accounts as needed
– Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Maintaining knowledge of company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
