Job Description:

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with IT projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in person
– Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
– Install and configure new hardware and software
– Assist with IT projects, including software upgrades and network maintenance
– Document support tickets and resolutions in the IT tracking system

Qualifications:
– 2+ years of experience in IT support
– Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
