Job Description

Position: Project Manager

Location: Toronto, ON

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee various construction and development projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project management, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
– Plan and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion
– Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
– Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met
– Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
– Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
– Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
– Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Proven ability to lead and motivate team members
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
