Reporting to the Field Operations Manager, the Mechanical Superintendent is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of mechanical projects.
Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Administrative Assistant in our busy office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of professionals, managing incoming calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various office tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:
– Manage incoming calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
– Assist with filing, data entry, and other office tasks as required
– Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
– Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies as needed
– Collaborate with team members to complete special projects and tasks

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Excellent organizational and time management abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
