The Accounting Analyst II – 12 Month Limited Term role involves supporting the Manager, Financial Reporting in various tasks such as reconciliations, monitoring of accounts, reviewing accruals, analysis of results, financial reporting, and project support.
Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, and providing general support to staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
– Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
– Provide general administrative support to staff and clients
– Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
– Maintain office files and records in an organized and efficient manner
– Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
