The Intermediate Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, particularly in healthcare design. This role requires a deep understanding of project management principles and architectural processes.
Position: Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
We are looking for a competent Administrative Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be able to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities:
– Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms
– Maintain filing systems
– Update and maintain office policies and procedures
– Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
– Maintain contact lists
– Provide general support to visitors

Requirements:
– Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant role
– Good communication skills
– Proficiency in MS Office
– Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational and planning skills
