Creative Director

Our company is seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead our design team and develop innovative marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, digital marketing, and brand development.

Responsibilities:
– Lead the creative team in designing and developing marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, and websites
– Develop and execute creative strategies to promote our brand and products
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive campaigns that resonate with our target audience
– Present creative concepts and project proposals to clients and senior management
– Oversee the production process to ensure quality and accuracy in all deliverables
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in design and marketing

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design software
– Strong communication and presentation skills
– Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
– Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
