Customer Service Agent

Location: Vancouver, BC

We are currently seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities:

– Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
– Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
– Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
– Provide product information and guidance to customers

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient computer skills
