Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Markham, Ontario. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transferring data from various sources into our system accurately and efficiently. The Data Entry Clerk will also be responsible for verifying data and identifying discrepancies to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities:

– Enter data from various sources into computer databases
– Verify data for accuracy and completeness
– Identify discrepancies in data and correct them
– Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
– Respond to inquiries regarding data and information
– Perform other clerical tasks as needed

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
– Proficient in MS Office and data programs
– Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
