Our client, a leading company in the industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and be able to handle inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a satisfactory and timely manner
– Provide product information and technical support to customers
– Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently
– Maintain customer records and update information as needed
– Collaborate with other departments to provide exceptional service to customers
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
– Excellent time management and organizational skills
