We are seeking a Water Project Manager to join and help grow our infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be responsible for project management and delivery of preliminary and detailed design for municipal water projects while working with other team members.
Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Salary: $18.50 – $21.00 per hour

Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their inquiries? We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls from customers and provide them with accurate information
– Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat
– Assist customers with order placement and tracking
– Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions
– Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
– Maintain customer records and update information in the database

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience is an asset
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Ability to work in a team environment and independently
– Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and evenings
