Job Description:

Our company is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales efforts and achieving revenue targets. This individual will develop and implement sales strategies to identify new business opportunities, build customer relationships, and grow the business.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
– Identify and target new business opportunities
– Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
– Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales materials and product offerings
– Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
– Manage a team of sales representatives to ensure sales targets are met
– Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management
– Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

– Experience managing a sales team is preferred
