Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 a year

Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ottawa. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering inquiries, processing orders, resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the candidate must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multi-task effectively.
