Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Regina, Saskatchewan

Salary: Competitive

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Regina. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges
– Maintain customer accounts and records
