Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Vancouver, BC

Salary: $18 – $22 per hour

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vancouver. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails
– Provide information about products and services
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
– Process orders and update customer accounts
