The position is for a Labourer Equipment Coordinator in Delta, BC for a maintenance project. Responsibilities include tracking and monitoring equipment and material requisitions and organizing transportation to and from project sites.
Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Providing information about products and services
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Processing orders and returns
– Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
– Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer service

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
