Job description:

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to provide personalized care to our clients in Brampton, ON. As a PSW, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. Additionally, you will provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities:
– Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
– Providing medication reminders and assistance with medication administration
– Preparing and serving meals according to dietary restrictions
– Performing light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
– Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
– Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ health status to the appropriate team members
– Adhering to all safety and infection control protocols

Requirements:
