Customer Service Advisor Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Customer Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
– Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Provide product information and pricing to customers
– Assist customers with product selection and order placement
