The Project Manager will report to the Operations Director and be responsible for project planning and start-up. They will work closely with junior team members and collaborate with Preconstruction in preparing and revising project plans at Graham.
Job Description:

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all production activities, ensuring that production goals are met on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and coordinate the activities of production operators
– Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
– Develop and implement production schedules and workflows
– Train new employees on production procedures and safety protocols
– Conduct regular quality inspections and address any issues promptly
– Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes
– Maintain accurate production records and reports
– Work with management to identify opportunities for process improvements

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
– 3+ years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Excellent problem-solving abilities
– Knowledge of health and safety regulations
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Flexible and adaptable to changing production demands
