Job Description:
Driven by a desire to excel in retail, a Retail Store Manager will manage and develop top talent, grow sales and build enduring relationships with the local community to build a loyal client base. The Retail Store Manager will foster a culture of delivering best in class service and lead a team who are independent, hardworking, and committed to achieving goals. This individual will liaise with their District Manager to provide feedback, share insight, and make recommendations on operational improvements.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
– Minimum 5 years retail management experience
– Ability to drive sales through effective communication, coaching and performance management
– Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing, weekends, and holidays
– Understanding of retail store operations including inventory control, loss prevention, and store expense management
