Title: Kitchen Manager

Location: Alberta, Calgary

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Kitchen Manager to join our team. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, managing staff, and ensuring high-quality food and service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:
– Lead and manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
– Ensure food quality and consistency meet company standards
– Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
– Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
– Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
– Adhere to all health and safety regulations
– Collaborate with management to create and update menu offerings

Qualifications:
– 3+ years of experience in a kitchen management role
– Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
– Proven leadership and team-building abilities
