Job Description:

Aerotek is currently hiring for a Quality Control Supervisor for a reputable company in the manufacturing industry located in London, ON. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Job Responsibilities:
– Supervise and lead a team of quality control inspectors
– Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
– Conduct and oversee inspections of products to ensure compliance with quality standards
– Investigate and resolve quality issues and non-conformities
– Train and mentor quality control staff
– Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve quality processes and product design
– Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality control activities
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
– Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Job Requirements:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
– Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
– Strong knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Detail-oriented and organized
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
– Knowledge of ISO standards is an asset
