Job Description:

TalentWorld is currently recruiting a Customer Service Representative in Toronto. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

– Answering incoming calls and emails from clients and providing accurate and timely information
– Processing orders and handling customer inquiries and requests
– Managing client accounts and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
– Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
– Maintaining a strong knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist clients

Requirements:

– 1-3 years of customer service experience
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends, if required
