Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager to join our team based in Nottingham. As a Deputy Manager, you will support the Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to service users.

Key responsibilities:

– Support the Manager in the smooth running of the service
– Ensure that the service meets all regulatory standards and requirements
– Supervise and support staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
– Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and external stakeholders
– Assist with the implementation of care plans and risk assessments
– Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
– Monitor and manage budgets and resources effectively
– Contribute to achieving the service’s business objectives and targets
