IDEXX Laboratories is currently seeking an Operations Manager in Calgary, Alberta. The role of the Operations Manager is to maximize our operational efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure the smooth operation of our processes.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities
– Interface with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of activities
– Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
– Manage and optimize operational costs and resources
– Oversee the development and implementation of process improvements
– Monitor performance and implement corrective actions
– Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
– Manage and develop a team of operational staff
– Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
– Drive productivity and efficiency improvements

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
– 5+ years of experience in operations management

– Proven track record of driving operational improvements
– Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
