Title: Youth Worker

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $16 – $19 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Youth Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by youth and a commitment to supporting them. The Youth Worker will be responsible for developing and implementing programs and activities to engage and support young people, as well as providing guidance and mentorship. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team. Previous experience working with youth is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Key responsibilities:

– Develop and implement programs and activities for youth
– Provide guidance and mentorship to young people
– Build positive relationships with youth and provide support as needed
– Collaborate with community partners to create opportunities for young people
