We are seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to plan, prioritize, and coordinate project tasks, as well as develop and maintain project schedules.
Senior Project Manager – Construction

Our client, a leading Construction Company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and proven experience overseeing large-scale projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
– Manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
– Oversee project team members and ensure that all project goals are met
– Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
– Communicate project updates and progress reports to senior management and other key stakeholders
– Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
– Identify and manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
– Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management
– Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Solid understanding of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices
– PMP or other relevant certification is a plus
