Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects within our organization. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of project coordinators, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

– Plan and coordinate construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
– Oversee and manage project coordinators, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure they meet project requirements and deadlines
– Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met
– Maintain project documentation and report on project progress to senior management
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all construction sites
– Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction projects
– Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
