Job Description

– We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.
– The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
– The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for maintaining customer records and providing support to the sales team.
– The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
– Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required.
