We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company in Saskatoon, SK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection and purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Greet customers and assist them with product inquiries and purchases
– Provide knowledgeable advice on products and recommendations to meet customers’ needs
– Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point of sale (POS) system
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking products and merchandising displays
– Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous retail sales experience preferred
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work in a team environment
– Knowledge of gardening and horticulture products is an asset
