Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our team in Seattle. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers in the development and implementation of complex software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software applications, as well as provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead a team of software engineers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications
– Architect and design scalable and reliable software systems
– Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
– Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior team members

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

– Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
– Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
