Description:

Our client, a leading engineering and construction company, is searching for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join their team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage all aspects of engineering projects, including planning, design, construction, and budget management
– Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
– Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
– Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
– Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
– Communicate project updates to internal and external stakeholders
– Ensure that all projects comply with relevant regulations and safety standards
– Mentor and manage a team of engineers and project staff

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
– Proven experience as an Engineering Project Manager
– Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
– Excellent communication and leadership abilities
– Knowledge of engineering design and construction processes
– PMP certification is an asset
– Must be willing to travel to project sites as required
