Job Description
Position: Data Entry Clerk/Assistant
We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk/Assistant to join our team and help with administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and accuracy, be proficient in data entry and computer skills, and have excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Responsibilities:
– Enter and update data in the company’s database
– Verify accuracy and completeness of data
– Prepare and organize documents and files
– Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence
– Provide support to other team members as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
