Millwright – Industrial Mechanic – $1,500 Sign on Bonus

A manufacturer in Mississauga is looking for an experienced and dedicated Industrial Mechanic/Millwright to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting various types of industrial machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
– Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment
– Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment
– Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery and equipment
– Fabricate and weld parts as needed
– Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
– Follow all safety protocols and regulations

Qualifications:
– Certified Industrial Mechanic/Millwright
– Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
– Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
– Excellent attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong communication skills
– Valid driver’s license
