Kruger Products is looking for a Development Manager in Mississauga, Ontario. The manager will be responsible for creating, launching, and overseeing product development projects, as well as managing processes and systems within the PD group. This is a full-time, hybrid position.
Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Provide information about products and services
– Handle and resolve customer complaints
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges

Requirements:
