Apartment Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of apartment buildings and grounds, ensuring that they are in optimal condition and meet safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
– Perform maintenance and repair tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
– Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and address issues before they become major problems
– Respond to maintenance requests and emergency situations in a timely manner
– Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed
– Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and inventory of supplies
– Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for residents and staff

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field
– Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
