We are looking for a results-driven Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. The Sales Associate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services. Our ideal candidate is able to sell the company’s products and services, has excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

– Deliver and provide a high level of customer service
– Work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process
– Demonstrate a good knowledge of products and services
– Keep up to date on new products and services
– Meet or exceed sales goals
– Generate leads and build a sales pipeline
– Maintain and expand client database
– Report on sales activities to management
– Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
– Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically, or in person
