Senior Software Developer

The Company

The Role

As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to the development of complex software solutions for the company’s banking and payment platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, driving best practices and ensuring continuous improvement in software development processes.

Key Responsibilities

– Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions for banking and payment platforms
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality and scalable software solutions
– Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior developers
– Drive best practices and continuous improvement in software development processes
– Contribute to code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
– Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
– Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development and incorporate them into the company’s products and processes

Skills and Experience

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
– 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on banking and payment solutions
– Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
– Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
– Experience with Agile development methodologies
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
